Tiong Bahru Challenge 2010

Terms & Conditions

1. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend rules or regulations or details of the event.

2. Failure to observe the rules and regulations may render the participants disqualified.

3. The Organising Committee, Tiong Bahru Community Centre Management Committee, Constituency Sports Club, Tiong Bahru Community Centre, Boon Tiong Residents' Committee and Send Poh Residents' Committee appointed staff and officals (referred hereafter as the "organizers") shall not under any circumstances be required to accept liability resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participant; or damage or loss of personal property while participating in the event.

4. The organizers' decisions are final.

5. The organizers shall not be held responsible for cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Registration would be based on a first come first served basis.

7. Participants are limited to one goodie bag each.

8. Pets are not allowed in the Challenge.

9. All runners have to cross 2 times of an overhead bridge along the route.

Registration Fee :

PAssion card Member : $15/-

Non PAssion card : $20/-

All Participants will recieve a Limited Mizuno Event Running Singlet (worth $32.90), BIB and a goodie bag with lucky draw coupon.

Bring along your IC for the Race pack (Mizuno running singlet & BIB) collection. It can be collected on 4th and 6th November 2010 at the Tiong Bahru CC during office hours. (Note : There will be no race pack collection on 5 Nov 2010 - Public Holiday, CC is closed)

Goodie bag and certificate will be given on the day of event after the race.

There will be a bag deposit counter on the day.

Participation Certificate for all participants whom successfully completed the race.

Reporting venue, date and time for the Challenge is at Boon Tiong Road, Block 4B on 14 November 2010, 0700hrs.

Flag off time:

Men : 0745hrs
Ladies : 0750hrs

Cut off time : 1 hour from gun time.

Prizes:
Men and Ladies Open (Top 5 Runners from each category)
Champion : S$300 Sports voucher + S$100 gift voucher
2nd : S$200 sports voucher + S$80 gift voucher
3rd : S$100 sports voucher + S$50 gift voucher
4th : S$50 sports voucher + S$30 gift voucher
5th : S$30 sports voucher + S$30 gift voucher

There will be 20 lucky draw winners.

Limited to 500 participants.

Congratulations to all participants for conquering the 30 storey after attempting the 5km run. Hope everyone have enjoyed the challenge and thank you for your support!

If you wish to know your timing, do send us an email with your BIB number and name. We will advise accordingly but your understanding is much appreciated as it is not intended to have the overall timing published for this event.
